Supply of high-density precast concrete unit manufactured using vacuum wet press technology under a minimum pressing force of 400 tons with excess water being vacuumed out using a fully automated machine. All materials to be batched using fully automatic batching plants. Units shall have a compressive strength of at least 30 MPa and water absorption not exceeding 7%. Produced in steel molds under factory-controlled conditions and delivered to site in bundled packaging for mechanical unloading.
